Technically, if we're making it a Muggleborn registry only Tabbi, Lily and Remus (considering he's a werewolf, and I thought we were going to make werewolves hunted or something) would need to hide.
Sirius, James and Meri are pureblood, though they're all married to Muggleborn/otherwise 'undesirables'.
Hm... if they got married the muggle way, it still counts, but it's not (I don't think it would be anyway) acknowledged by the new ministry (being a muggle thing and all).
Yeah, I agree that it sounds Packish, but we can add our own spin to it, and make it more original... I mean, in DV, they were hiding for kidnapping and murder, not because they were muggleborn.
EDIT: Page claim!

True, true. But, on the same card, if the Death Eaters take over the ministry... Harry and Ron weren't muggleborn either, but because they even associated with Hermione (and because of Harry, obviously) they had to hide. If we're doing it to comply with the happenings in DH, that is... Meri would have to hide because she was a spy (maybe she was revealed?), James because... well, wasn't he always wanted anyway, for being in the Order? And Sirius, being basically a blood-traitor (why the crap do I always type 'blood' as 'blodd'?)... *has a reason for everything* Hm... the muggle way. I like it. I think that Tabbi rather likes doing things the muggle way, seeing as how she's muggleborn and all... just a note, to throw in there. I like our idea that the events in DH happen earlier than they did in canon, because it makes it very unPackish. If we do Summer, following this AU universe, following the Trio, it would all be different. But that's something else to discuss.

Seeing as the DE's took over the Ministry, that would make Meri even safer (remember, they think she's one of them).
James is, yes, an Order member, but we could twist that a little, make all members wear glamours on missions, then his identity is hidden. However, he'll need to go into hiding anyway, with the prophecy and all.
Hm... Sirius... well, we could have him be told by the Order to reconcile with his family, as a spy in the pureblood world? Again, that's kinda DVish... but not entirely (he does act as a 'spy' into the pureblood world, but only for a very short time).
Meh...

I really... I dunno. That just doesn't sound Sirius-esque to me. Might work, yes.
As for James, yes, we could twist that. But like you said, the prophecy...
Well, I was thinking if Meri was revealed to the DE's, but if she wasn't... they need a spy in the Ministry after that, wouldn't they? I mean, they have Snape in the DE ranks and at Hogwarts, but seeing as how she works at St. Mungo's, and later perhaps the ministry (if she was given the opportunity, I think she would take it), and the Order will need a spy there. Also, she would have to have a house above ground, so that maybe if she was needed to entertain or hide DE's she couldn't go against... oh god, I'm rambling. You get what I'm saying, though?

Mm... I think so, and I agree. I don't think she should be revealed. In my head, she's not revealed, she backs out.
There's a reason for that too. Meri was put in Slytherin for a reason, and one of her huge dramas is that she loves power, craves it. She manages to stop herself from doing anything too bad to get it, but I think that she would had joined the DE's somewhat unwillingly, but the thrill of the power will grow on her.
I think that eventually she'll be so scared of what she's becoming, that she'll leave. Or try to at least. One of the faults in her is that she can't resist the temptation of power, she manages to at first, when she's at school, but that's because it's school, and there's nothing really.
She resists the DE's because she doesn't agree with their methods, but once she's in, the temptation would be stronger. I think that as much as she didn't want to join, she wanted to prove she could resist. And she can't prove it either.

So, she's a dual personality type, right? I... how is that going to affect everything else? You're going to have to explain this to me, because for some reason I can't get my stubborn head around it.
Oh.
Yin says: She is working for Dumbledore Yin says: But she enjoys what she does for the DE's Yin says: She enjoys being so important Yin says: She enjoys having so much power in the situation Yin says: She has the information for Dumbledore Yin says: Information that could be extremely important Yin says: And she has the power to decide if someone lives or dies Yin says: Yeah, she's kinda evil ish Yin says: But she hates herself when she gets home at night Yin says: She doesn't tell the 'family' that she enjoys it Yin says: But eventually she'll break down Yin says: And tell Remus and goes through all that
So much internal struggle... *sigh* Compared to her, Tabbi's a one-dimensional character. I'll think of something yet, I will!
